From a press release from Ubisoft, celebrating their 30 years of creating games. Ubisoft is going to be showing new content for their current games (Division, and Siege), and as well as unveiling some surprises at the conference.
It’ll start on June 13th at 1pm with a 30 minute preshow. They will have games playable at their booth from the 14th to the 16th.
“E3 is always a very special moment when everyone in the entertainment business does their best to amaze and engage gamers. For Ubisoft’s teams, it’s a period of pride and of anxious anticipation because they are finally showing off the games they’ve poured so much passion into, and receiving feedback from players and peers. Our industry has evolved so much in the past 30 years, but what hasn’t changed is my love and respect for the limitless passion and talent of developers and players alike,” said Yves Guillemot, co-founder and CEO, Ubisoft. “
We can wholeheartedly agree with everything Yves is saying as the video game industry does continue to impress, innovate, and create new platforms to share games, and art together, and videogames are turning a new media of entertainment for everyone to enjoy. Aisha Tyler will be hosting the conference, and it’ll be broadcast on the Ubisoft YouTube, Twitch channel, and their website.
Their booth will have playable demos of For Honor, where you can choose to fight as the Vikings or Samurai. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands where you’re thrust into a covert mission to eliminate the Santa Blanca drug cartel. South Park The Fractured But Whole not much was said about this demo. Lastly Eagle Flight their VR experience which will allow you to experience flying over Paris as an Eagle, and take on multiplayer 3v3 battles, leveling up your flying skills.
We are definitely looking forward to seeing what surprises Ubisoft has to show.
