The project was revealed on Bethesda’s twitter in a short video. They had also mentioned that Todd Howard is an executive producer on the project, but there is not much else on it. It’ll most like be a couple of years before we get more information on the game.
This won’t be a movie tie in, as it’ll be it’s own original story like the recent Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. There was no mention if this was before the acquisition by Microsoft from Bethesda.
